Default 30 hours...

and still up. Just not sleepy. Have another 12 hour shift in 5 hours. If I don't sleep now I will have to do 47 hours with no sleep. Not good.

That's it. No reason for the post, just need sleep.

Phetin? I guess you mean speeding? No. Just my body clock having non of it. On the up side I just got 3 hours sleep. That should see me through.

I was tired at 4am, and would happily of slept. Am wide awake now. Might go have a bath and see if that helps.

I did this the other day and by around the 50th hour I was hallucinating (both visually and physically - my chair was shaking and I was seeing flashes and light and movement). Seriously not good, but unfortunately due to other issues I find it hard to sleep at night... or day... or evening.

Have a good one when you finally do, though.

As it stands I am now on 71.5 hours and 7 hours sleep. Feel ok. I think I have worked though tired and now I could go on for ever. Think of the stuff I could get done.

Damn Doc... that's bad..

I've never stayed awake that long (not counting the drug-induced weekends)...

LOL. I am on a split shift so I am back in work in 5 hours, and I can't sleep. I am amazed I am still going.
