Just under 4 million votes were cast. Here are the voting percentages for the top 3
Diversity 24.9%
Susan Boyle 20.2%

Wow closer than i thought, 4% between the acts and 8% between the 3rd placer Julian and the winners, Diversity. Looked like a very close Top 3.

Only 4 million! Thats only a 5th of the people who watched it! BB got over 8 million votes and it is watched LESS, Thats mad!

I'm surprised that not even 4million people voted
I think X Factor gets around 12million votes in the final so that's a weakness of BGT

I was surprised only 4 million votes cast, but still compare a weeks worth of shows to an entire series of BB that gets about 1 million votes. BGT was a success. And again, well done to Diversity.

Not that i don't prefer BB to sex, BGT had about an hour to vote, and in Semi's about 10 mins, BB has about 3 days (I think).

yershh but big brother last for 100's of days but britains got talent only last for a couple of weeks

BB9 got 3m votes in the entire series, soo its only 1m off lol, even though i know BB lasts for much longer.
