The admin changed it the other day. You need posts now to access the music sections, it's not a post limit, it's based on activity. When you're deemed active enough you gain access. It's to stop people signing up and just downloading. I've got like, 1000 posts [though i've been on it over a year now haha] and I can access everything but the porn section.
If you just post in the fun section, and celeb news/your world bits, your post count'll rise. Oh, and welcome all the new members in their introduction threads.
You should also apply to join the Britney forum, since that can get you a lot of posts. Once you get 100 posts, sign up to join the VIP lounge, though that don't do much atm lol.
It's a really good site, you'll find your music collection expand so getting last.fm is a good idea too [LOL shameless ad]
