Charlie is the NUMPTY

He gave a bravura performance in the diary room, especially pathetic because he conveniently forgets he stole beer from Marcus.

He is displaying all the antics of a sad, inadequate bitter little Queen with a fondness for swally.

Watching him and Rodrigo, was akin to watching 2 fractious Queens having a barny.
