To less then a week later no1 nominates freddie, but all of them nominate the exact same people, being noirin and marcus, even thou i can't see any reason why noirin has upset them.

Noirin is not marching to there beat and they don't [Lisa really] like it. They can't control her, and so they decide that they have to get rid of her.
