I think you're being a bit harsh there. You don't have to be one of "the most disturned people in life" in order to see a psychiatrist. If you are referred by your GP for depression for instance is quite common. If you break your arm and see an orthopaedic specialist you don't have a particularly bad break, you just need help. Same with a shrink. The sort of connection you make with mental health and a shrink is damaging and I think quite outdated.
