B*lloc**!! He'll never leave by choice because he couldn't bear the thought of Noirin being in the house when he is gone. He is such a control freak he will want to stay in the house as long as she is still in to impose his nastiness on her.
He doesn't want to speak to her anymore BUT he still wants to control her by spoiling the atmosphere and making her feel uncomfortable.
