Going OTT with policitical correctness causes more problems than it solves anyway. I remember reading about a drama teacher who wanted to take her class to see a stage production of Romeo and Juliet, and was told that she would not be allowed to because it was 'overtly heterosexual'.

I remember that, and it does create more problems then the pathetic ones they try to 'help'.
There was a debate then but it wasn't in the same context as it is today. It has gotten worse and will continue to do so.
