The OP is 100% correct and there is no real debate about this one. He could get WARNED about taking jokes too far but there is no way you can ever kick someone for what were ongoing mutual pranks and teasing.

The only story here is Bea manipulating and playing this up and yet again just an amazing job of precision fire-starting and walking away 'as if' having been wronged.
Its amazing to watch.
She is just gifted - she doesn't have to 'try'. It just comes naturally.
