Surrounded by hills and mountains, a Hotel Sacher overlooking the river Salzach which divides the city in two for some of the best coffee and cake in the world. Thirty five churches for anyone who likes the sound of church bells ringing. Salzburg castle and a mad Archbishop's palace with still working water sprays set in tables and chairs he used to spray guests with for a laugh.

I when I retire Ill get myself a place near there.

Bah! Went there for a weekend to go shopping. Nobody spoke English and all the police were grumpy midgets who never stopped smoking!

Edit: Then again I hate shopping and it wasnt my idea. That may have contributed to my mood at the time.
