Default Animal Rights Frenzy !!!

TODAY THE HOUSEMATES WERE DISCUSSING ANIMAL RIGHTS. JODI IS DEFFENDING THE WILDLIFE AND IS FUSSING OVER PETE'S LONG COAT - WHICH IS SUPPOSABLE MAID OF A GORRILLA. JODI IS VERY HURT AND WANTS TO DEFEND HERSELF. BUT THE LIKES OF PETE, MICHAEL, GEORGE,ECT. ARE TOTALLY FRUSTRATED THAT THEY ARE WORRING ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE SHOULD EAT. WHEN IN SOME COUNTRY'S PEOPLE DO NOT EAT MUCH AT ALL.

I THINK THIS DISCUSSION COULD LAND JODI TO BE NOMINATED AND EVICTED FROM THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE.

STAY TUNED

Please remember posting in captial letters is against the rules!

Yeah she can't work out that other people have opinions on things aswell. She is sticking to the animal rights thing because she thinks that is a way to be liked. Im all for animal rights but she is not the only celeb who gives to charities and has strong beliefs. Jodie is only interested in one thing....herself.

She was fairly liked doing the holiday reps thing and the games but she is losing support fast from the few fans she did have. She is showing how desperate she is to be liked with all the tears, emotions and childishness. If she just sat down and let others get what they are trying to say across would help but she can't even manage that.

Jodie is just saying how she feels. She doesnt like people wearing animal skin, and protests with PETA, about this. Some of the housemates even agree with her, from live coverage i saw 2 nights ago.

Yes we know how she feels very strongly about it, but going over old ground wont get her nowhere. Jodie is not the only one who has worked for PETA, Dennis also did a thing with them for animal rights. Jodie in this case may have the right intentions but the way she suggested "everyone ignored pete" & "dennis should throw the coat over the wall" are very stupid childish thoughts. So what is the coat did get thrown over the wall what would that do? would pete not go and still wear fur? I think not. If Jodie sat him down and showed him more about animal rights on the outside maybe he would have a different way of seeing things from her side and might stop wearing fur. Everyone says Jodie is inteligent but she isnt coming out with many intelligent comments.

on last nights 9pm show she was over-reacting far too much, she was getting on my nerves
she should say how she feels and then quieten down a little, instead of moaning and going "errrr thats disgusting" every 5 seconds
shes trying to get rid of her "slutty, page 3 girl" image - and in my opinion, behaviour like that isnt going to get rid of that image at all, more like reinforce it!
Yes, i agree with you glittereyes - i think she may be over-reacting on this to side with the public (fox hunting ban etc...)

If she cared so much about things Im sure she would be getting acorss how her make up isnt tested on animals and her hair products etc. If she comes out the house and sits down with Pete and shows him some effects of what happens to the animals that is making more of a statement than asking people to ignore him.

your all for animal rights?so its ok that animals are savagely killed for their fur?jodie is just doing it to be liked?im not sure if u even watched it properly did you not see how worked up she was getting over it, shes been a vegetarian since she was a 2, i am also a vegetarian and got really worked up myself watching the rest of the house mates picking silly little faults in wt jodie said. i suggest u go on to www.petatv.com and then u can turn around and say you do support animal rights because from the sounds of it you have no clue to what suffering animals are going through in the world, and then you can try to explain to ignorant people what actually happens without getting worked up!

Everyone knows PETA's a load of sh-t. It's made up of complete nutters who endorse eco-terrorists, and have used false evidence to try and get their point across.

I couldn't give a monkeys to be honest, if i didn't kill it or the person wearing the fur didn't kill it, then they have got nothing to worry about.

Vegi's are the biggest hypocrites, they'll bable on about a certain fur being used and then they'll use products that require animals to be killed.

It's just false and a pathetic arguement.

Personally I wouldn't wear fur I don't even wear fake fur!! But I wouldn't moan about someone wearing fur as if they wanna prance around wearing nasty fur around their body it is up to them!!

If they wanna wear something that was once a living thing and think they look good who am I to burst their bubble!!

I would never wear fur as I would never want to be the cause of an animal suffering and dying, and I wouldn't want to portray myself as being a thoughtless and unkind person which is what wearing fur does.

Jodie is obviously passionate about what she believes as it's an emotive issue, and it's hard to have a rational argument when you are angry and upset.

Someone should have pointed out to George that Pete isn't an eskimo living in the north pole. (what WAS he on about??)

You may not mind others wearing it but alot of us do! It's offensive and I don't want to see it anymore than I want to see handbags made from dead babies.

I think Jodie did well keeping her cool. If I'd have been in there I'd have cut off petes goolies and made them into a very small purse.
