Short answer: Nobody. Davina will be the one employing.

Davina 'is Big Brother' and certainly established herself as being as much a part of the experience as the name itself, the house itself, the theme song and logos and her renewed contracts reflected that.
She is a multi-millionaire and, if she chose, could never work another day in her life.
She already employs people. She could hire many more,
or,
If she chose to keep working in her field she has the huge advantage of being able to sit back and pick and choose strategically for 'tailor-made' roles to fill.
She could even look at some movie roles and think along the lines of 'absolutely fabulous' and 'Bridget Jones' and 'Sex and the City' and then think of a role as the wacky neighbour/best friend/funny cougar etc.

But yeah, she doesn't need to be employed by anyone ever again but can be hiring as many people as she wants.
