You CAN control yourself. Thats what you need to realise. Anything anybody else says is just a lie. In fact, by repeatedly convincing yourself you CANT control yourself, your making things easier and more sympathetic. Your relinquishing that control.

Get a grip and realise you can have it. Putting something around your neck is in YOUR control and in YOUR hands. Cut that stuff out, man. Life is far too good. Just be a lazy pig and indulge in the things you enjoy most, if that gets the job done .[/rquote]
