Hm my life is one long diet - I struggled with my weight for a number of years. Now that I am at a weight I am happy with I fight to stay there (pretty miserable I know lol ) I basically try to eat as healthily as possible and I swim 3 times a week (great for toning) I dont go to the gym it is far to girly for me lol. Like Ruth I walk my 2 dogs a couple of times a day, in fact I am usually to be found at about 6.00am wandering the old steel works site where I walk them lol. I did take up running last year but fuond it terribly boring just thumping along the footpath so back to a brisk walk with the doogies it was!
