Like it or not what she was doing was her private life. It was the tabloids who banged on about her drug use, that's my point. It's not her fault her drug use overshadowed her music. She released and performed music in public, she done crack in private. The tabloids latched onto the latter.

Yeah, it is a shame. I'm sure it did affect her music and performances though.
