It's not copying, it's inspiration. In that case everything to do with the modern interpretation of hell you see in the media is copying Dante's Inferno. It's like saying the original Big Brother is just copying what cameras do. Or that all previous advertising campaigns consist of plagarism of the human eye. It's a null point. A no win zone.
