Depends on the age of consent where and when the incident took place, surely!

Remember its less than 5 years that Canada raised the age of consent from 14 to 16. So dont just assume its 16 all over the world, She is a Kenyan and the age of consent there was 14.

The Swiss do have a few strange let outs in their laws relating to the laws of the home country in some areas.

Think you may be right here. The NOTW report states that they only want him to pay child support fees and it says nothing about charging him for anything serious.

CELEBRITY Big Brother star Sisqo fathered a child with a 14-year-old fan, a Swiss court decided. The American R&B singer - real name Mark Andrews - bedded the Kenyan-born girl after a concert in 1999.

The star, whose biggest solo hit is Thong Song, was lead singer with US boy band Dru Hill at the time. The fan kept the child, a boy called Ian, and a Swiss court ruled Sisqo WAS his father despite his denials.

Sisqo - who was crowned hunkiest housemate on the show - has ducked a dozen opportunities to take a DNA test to prove his innocence.

The Swiss court ruled that the CBB contestant should pay monthly child support fees.

The woman, who is now 25, claims she and her friends met Sisqo at a VIP reception after a concert in Zurich in 1999.

She said: "After the concert Sisqo was standing with his band at the bar, we went over and talked to them. Then everything went very fast."

She raised the child at her parents' house. "I was so young, but I wanted to enjoy my life," she said.

She added: "Ian often saw his father on TV. He's very proud of him. It's up to his father to prove he's right to be proud."

The Swiss press revealed she has successfully sued Sisqo for child support six years in court.
