Because some people on here seem to be up in arms as if they never heard of such a thing happening before, and as if Sisqo is the devil for making a mistake that many other people have made and will make in the future. In fact is it worse to knowingly sleep with a girl you KNOW 100% is underage or to THINK a girl is of legal age or perhaps even be TOLD by her that she is and sleep with her?
