tbqh, britney never worked amazingly hard to get a record deal, she auditioned and signed with Jive. Yes, she's worked hard to get to where she is today. But, that list isn't about who is the best, it's fact.

Madonna and Britney's snog at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003 has been voted the best famous kiss of the last decade.

The smooch, which took place during a performance of Madonna's 'Like A Virgin' at the ceremony, came first in the poll conducted by UK department store Selfridges.

The performance also saw Madonna kiss Christina Aguilera.

"Madonna performing with both Britney and Christina was a big enough event in itself, but nobody - even the MTV people - expected what happened. It is one of the most memorable moments ever," a source said.

I agree, most of the XF contestants have worked to get where they are now. Shayne used to tour the UK as part of a group, and then did solo gigs, as did Alexandra. Leona recorded many demos and did loads of gigs, so arguably, they've worked the same, if not harder, than Britney.
