Ordinary Boys lead singer Preston has sold his house just days after announcing his engagement to Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton.

The home in Cambridge Road, Hove, has been snapped-up by an unidentified buyer and Glenn Mishon, director of Mishon Mackay estate agents, said he was unable to give any further details.

Preston, who met Chantelle while inside the Celebrity Big Brother house in January, looked relaxed as he took what will probably be a final look from the home's balcony yesterday.

The sale will lead to speculation that Preston and Chantelle are moving in together.
