it's not the same logo, but even if it was lampy wudnt have a leg to stand on as he/she used the bb "eye" template originally designed by Daniel Eatock. So, lampy would potentially hav a case against him/her if it was printed as he/she used a copyrighted logo.

how do they know i used the template though? i could have made it from scratch. an image only has to be slightly different for it to be 'automatically' copyright to the designer. therefore when i designed the 'twisted' logo copyright for that image was automatically mine
