Even if it were possible that there are billions of galaxies, why should any one of them look the same or be fammiliar in any way nevermind say an exact repilica?
If it's possible that there are 170 billion galaxies then it's certainly more than possible that they all look different. Especially given how spontaneous and chaotic there formation and evolution is.
