I've seen programs like that, most show both sides plus try and open peoples minds about mental health.. Aint black and white like the papers lust for.. "Crazed knife attack!" ..

Yeah I know what you mean, seen a few like that. This one just seemed to have a bit of a less balance, as it was so personal kinda thing. Most don't try to play on your heart strings.

They still have a form of that I think, for acute depression. That might just be in the states though. And yeah, if you look at all the personality disorders, everyone has one to some degree or the other. Even stuff like bipolar, it all overlaps. We know alot about mental health but realistically we've only scratched the surface.
