She would have got more money there than doing a paper round and lets face it, thats what she probably considered. Obviously her mother didnt reinforce morals, the value of an education etc.

The fact is the owner obviously didnt check her age, or paid tax and national insurance for her.

You cant really blame the government for that. Incidentally licences for that place would be authorised by the local council which is N somerset a predominantly conservative council.
