The only thing going for Heskey is how he plays with Rooney. Apart from that he has no right to be even considered.

Defoe works best with Rooney then Crouch.

With Rooney though he's so appreciative of the support players like Fletcher, Park, Valencia, Carrick etc give him to enable to try and score lots of goals.. capable of playing up front on his own but he's for the team not for himself.

Yeah I think United will get a new striker in the summer..no he won't be subbed all the time but he understands now that when Fergie does sub him it's with the intention of saving his energy for the big games or having a bit of rest but he just wants to play every game and has shown on camera his anger at having to go off.

No no, I'm talking about England in the World Cup. Capello will want a strike partner to lead the line for Rooney in case on an emergency, you know?
