Not really, it's not like serial killers are a common thing. Yeah they'll have it rough and that but they don't ofted get brutally murdered.

no i dont believe they had it coming just cos their lives havent gone down that 'ideal' route doesnt mean they deserve to be murdered like i said these girls are still someones daughter grandaughter could be sisters aunts etc
as for if he is a serial killer or not they have charged for the 3 but from what i gather they are looking into lots of other missing girls cases in the area
