The show hasn't been a look on society since BB5, arguably earlier than that so the housemates don't have to proportionally represent society. It is an entertainment show, the producers pick the people who they think will create the most entertainment and best storylines and it so happens that some of these housemates fall under the homosexual category.
Yes some people will play on their sexuality but most don't/ We,as the audience, should take housemates as individuals and not be thinking 'there is 5 gays in this series, that is wrong' or 'there is too many blacks for my liking'
It amazes me what arguments are being said to disguise the fact that some people are obviously homophobic. If you don't like gay people and don't want to see them on your TV then just say so. Don't make pointless threads and pointless arguments to try disguise and justify your opinion!
