no he wasn't, as a lot of other housemates that year weren't either..


out of the 2 possible weeks of nominations in celeb bb, verne got 2 nominations and came a lowly 4th on the finals night gaining a measly 15% of the public vote...Sort of blows the sympathy vote theory away don't you think?

True but what I was talking about is that the other hm's may not have wanted to nominate him through fear of being portrayed as nasty in the outside world. Verne isn't a good example of that as he was a good, entertaining housemate and deserver his place in the final imo.

Now Mikey, I thought was a vile housemate yet he got to final?? Personally I think he should have been evicted a lot earlier. Other people are gonna disagree with me though for sure, I'm sure a lot of people on here loved Mikey, I didn't.

But you're dislike for him had nothing to do with his disability ?and the people who liked him didn't just like him because he was blind, they probably liked him for the way he stood up to and described rex in the diary room, or for his chilli eating stuff..His disability was irrelivant. Now if you said he got the scottish vote instead of the sympathy vote I may be more agreeable.

I could sit and say, (so I will) that the only people who had any sort of grudge against mikey were the six people who nominated him the entire show.

Remember there were far more irritating and big headed arseholes than usual that year, so it wasn't like there wasn't many obvious nominations for the other housemates to make other than mikey when it came to nomination time.


I think mikey just flew under the radar like rachel did.

And yeah there's gonna be annoying people but I'm hoping they won't be as bad as some people in past years. Sometimes they are entertaining though lol.
