Dude it doesn't imply that Armenia isn't a very talented country. It's based on the fact that it's a small country in Asia, which isn't really a very substantial or outstanding country. Armenia is not a very famous country at all. They don't have a big economy, a big tourism industry, they're not a big sporting nation in any sports whatsoever. That's where it stems from. You are very irrational.
