On the feed hes talking so fast and stuttering

Talking fast and stuttering are entirely unrelated. I suspect it's something to do with the fact that he is a vapid little asswank who feels he needs to broadcast his thoughts above all other in the vicinity.

Yep some people teach themselves how to control a stutter however under pressure or when feeling nervous they need to get their point across, so all the stuttering control goes out the window.
