Default caveman at the table!!!!!!!!!
everyone is getting stuck into the food and enjoying it all and john is sat their with a dumb struck unhappy look on his face like he doesnt know where he is and like he's not happy then he retardely asks a million times "can we start ? are starting yet? can we start ? " . and then he has a go at ben ! yeah how dare ben eat food like everyone likes , johns such a thick , vindictive pig! who loves to argue and upset people!

I think the whole " can we start" moment was basically a reflection of him being demoted from his alpha male status that he was trying to pull before Josey put him on his place.
now he has his tail so much between his legs that he even has to ask if he can eat!
whats next? asking if he can take a pis8?

I don't think he was having a " Go" per say as punishment or as if he was in control (as the 'Go" that he pulled on Rachel)
he was more complaining that him are ben are the same, one hierarchy and that waiting was the right thing to do to avoid conflict. which is clearly something that someone that is in a subordinate role would say.. and I think its a result of Josey telling him off and making him a subordinate, a nonalpha male..he knows he can't just do as he pleases anymore
