You’re not quite getting me. She wants to be a Doctor and then changes her name to Sunshine. It’s crazy. She wants to do one of the most serious jobs around then changes her name to indicate a frivolous side. She gains credibility for one thing then loses it all with the next. i agree with you ,If for some daft reason she wanted to change her name why not pick something normal? and IMO she is far from "sunny" she has a mean and dark side ,the "Sunshine" name is a cover up and as fake as she is

But wouldn't it be a wonderful name for a kids doctor. Also she is a pretty cheerful person.

And if she has the ability to be a doctor she'll succeed, she will not be judged on her name.

Yeah I think she would be good as a kids doctor. I don't see her in.. the operating theatre. lol

If I was in her waiting room and she came out said 'Hello, I'm Dr Sunshine Martin'. I'd immediately assume it was her natural name if she revealed that she'd changed it from Yvette then my curiosity would definitely be piqued and I'd probably question if she was a real doctor and not some PhD in a dead subject like Latin. I think changing her name loses her a great deal of credibility in her chosen profession.

Well that is a problem you have with the world and not her. Not everyone is a rigid in their view of the world.

I'm sure you listen to rappers who have changed their name and you have no problem taking them seriously.
