Only reason I like MTV is for The Hills and Jersey Shore. The Hills is ending for good in two weeks and Jersey Shore S2 doesn't start until July 29th. They need better programmes.

I'm not gonna get into this again, but it's extremely naive to think that TRL 100% real, it probably was in it's first few seasons but I'd bet money that a lot of it is set up now.

That's Vh1, not MTV. Two different channels.

MTV is basically the television station of youth in America. Everyone I know watches it. And they do play music videos in the morning. Plus they have a seperate channel for JUST music videos called MTV Hits.
