How does anyone even get addicted to smoking? Do they have no self control? I've smoked cigarettes, smoked quite a lot of 'em but I've never found it addictive and I've never craved a smoke... it's more just like "Oh I feel like a smoke I'm gonna' have a smoke". Right now I haven't smoked for like 4 months and I don't even care.

I smoked 20 a day for 12 years and gave them up in seven months ago.... I found it very hard to give up!
