Josie giggles when nervous or embarassed as a defense, and thats just the truth because we have seen it all series, but I do get how people not sympathetic to her can interpret it other ways.

I know it is nervous, but combined with her toothy grin (the result of too many thumb sucks) it sends ALL the wrong signals!

Yeah, I get that some can misunderstand it, but those who are a little bit more switched on to human behaviour will get it I guess.

The others that just want to hate Josie will simply twist it to hate her more, but I get that.
