Because real women don't starve themselves until they have no female features left, women who get thin lose breasts and hips shape. The only reason Keeley has boobs is because they are fake. Whether you like it or not REAL women have typically female bodies which means curves and breasts, otherwise they look like men, flat chested and with no hips. It's simple biology. Also, why are you saying skinny women can't put on weight, otherwise how are you suggesting they 'can't help' being thin?

Real women is not about personality or mind, it's about physical traits, otherwise you could say a man could think he is a woman! LOL.
