Whats the difference between the Power of Veto, The Golden Power of Veto and The Diamond Power of Veto?

Power Of Veto - Season 3, Apart from the last one (Poor Naive Marcellas) in that season, The Nominees couldn't use it to take themselves of the block.

Golden Power of Veto - Nominees are able to remove themselves from the nomination block with the Golden POV.

Diamond POV - Is used in the final 4. That person who holds the Diamond POV has full power that week, Really has more power than the HOH, Holds the sole eviction vote that week.
