Do we know what number of fails they are allowed to have?
Technically if Steve goes to his wife and spends time continuously with her till she leaves its is only one fail, loophole could be that if once shes in her spends complete attention on her till she goes then it is only acknowledging her presence once (and prolonging the acknowledgement, still one fail)
Did they mention anything that could cover this loophole in the instructions?
I really doubt the men will try too hard to ignore their wives, and I'm pretty sure no one in the house will say anything to them about it.
