Her stay was only cut short because of the Save and replace task in which three people took part although others have said it was only designed for two people.
Why should she be treated worse because of that? On another point, if after a week she is still immobile as was implied, this was quite a serious fracture, even if according to the HSE rules it does not warrant a HSE investigation.
