He doesnt do it constantly though, but when he does I find it humorous.

He only does it when he thinks hes gonna be on highlights ie: Nominations, diary room talking to the tot or the week hes up for eviction

Nah he does it when he wants to have fun. He normally does it at night, not much is shown of it but its great night LF imo.
