Adobe Photo Deluxe. The writing is font 'Surfer' and I basically got their profile photos and the eye logo, then cut around them and merged them all together. I had help, as my uncle is an expect with computers and he showed me how to make cool banners. It's mostly effective cos I spent like 10 minutes positioning the housemates and making it symetrical (They get more high ranking as it goes in, and you have the three main good-looking guys on one side, the three glamour girls on the other, flanked by Glyn and Lisa.) It's a cool piece of software, I mostly use it for book cover designs
