You'd be inhuman if you managed to feel "up" and bouyant (sp?) every single day in that house.
Edwin wrote "second one, he knows pete is popular in the house, so he knows that voting him will probably have little or no effect on the nominations" I think that's the third option not the second one. I'll forgive you this time. Do not let it happen again! Grrr.
