Nobody is disputing what you are saying. I can't understand why it's difficult to see the debate here and it always goes back to "you're wrong, you're homophobic..." etc etc.

Personally, I think that is the dated perspective here that if somebody questions something and is inquisitive, it is difficult for some to see beyond the fashion of charity.

People are enquiring and debating the culture and homosexuality - not the needs.

Because the person I was actually replying to IS homophobic... I have seen plenty of evidence of this over the last couple of months & they have had posts removed for things they have written in the past...

They are not homophobic but rather than actually deal with the questions, comments, opinions and different cultural viewpoints you would rather just 'declare me pathological' so you can just dismiss anything that doesn't agree with your opinions.

Homosexuality/bisexuality is a the condition of anything up to 10% of the population. It is not as if it is one in a million, and is thus not some sort of aberration.

There is no point in thinking it is "wrong". It just exists - in the same way as being black or white or brown or yellow.

You can either cope with it or you can't. Saying you think it's "wrong" merely demonstrates: you can't cope with it. Your problem and nobody else's I'm afraid.

The difference is I can back up my claims, and you can't. Ethics come down to harm...and gay and lesbian sex/relationships, as long as lubrication is involved, causes no harm to anything, living or not. I've already debunked your claims it correlates to depression. Plug on plug or socket on socket may gross you out, but it's as ethically neutral as plug on socket. If anything, it's ethically good because sex (tends to) spread happiness.

If you're so blurry on this issue, it makes me worry what other ethical issues you might be blurry on. Murder = wrong, theft = wrong, putting a penis in a consenting crack = not wrong.
