Not sure, probably, along with if a particular mod see's it themselves. Dont think theyre given a ban just infractions, which could add up to a ban. Either way loads of people work around the swear filter so nobody should be penalized for it.

Ive only ever reported 1 post and thats because I was pissed with the member. Otherwise Ive never seen the point in doing it.
