And this is because the unborn child does not have a specific gender until the testes descend at a certain stage. IN the female organs stay inside as the ovaries. The same applies to the other parts of the sex organs

Thats not strictly true, in a normal pregnancy the sex of the child(foetus) is decided at the moment the sperm fertilises the egg(conception). Its the makeup of the sperm decides the sex of the baby. Of course it's fine to say that you don't like Nadia but to emphasise your point by calling her a "he" and making remarks about genitals is very cheap, cruel, cowardly and completely unacceptable in my opinion. However, in my opinion it is impossible to literally, technically change into a woman but there's no need to take the mickey (when you're supposed to be an adult).
