Airs tonight live from Madrid on MTV

Katy Perry, Linkin Park, Ke$ha, Shakira, Kings of Leon, Bon Jovi, Kid Rock, Dizzee Rascal, Plan B and 30 Seconds to Mars round out what's sure to be an incredible night.
