I'm confused, but whatever.

So basically to pass this we need to keep voting hours until we get to the 24 hour.

Hour 6 will be an exemption and hour 15? Also, we can't post the hour twice in a row? But we can post it more than once as long as there is a gap between when I post the hour and then somebody else posts the next?

Sounds like somebody isn't actually confused and knows exactly what the task consists of
