tbh, there arnt any good acts this year! Mary probably has the best voice and One direction probably have the best stage presence, but apart from that their all pretty crap :/

When you think of the older years like 2007 for example when we had so many talented singers like Rhydian or Beverly. Then in 08 we had Alexandra, JLS, Diana Vickers (Even though i hate her). I think X factor is just a load of **** nowadays It went downhill after Sharon left and Cheryl came in.

CHERYL MUST DIE! (painfully if possible).

Matt's not that terrible - not as far as the public are concerned - how many times has he been in the bottom two?

Now...compare that to how many times Katie has been there.

Matt is incredible, he reminds me of the year Shayne Ward won it,with the vast vocal range he has.
Last night he had the performance of the night with 'Nights in White Satin'.

One Direction in my view have little and really no stage presence(apart from Liam and Harry) also Zain lets them down week after week,but that's just my opinion,we all have different opinions on music and that's a good thing.

Mary does have a good voice,only for certain songs though and her first song last night was also done really well by her.

Matt's really good, I don't think he always reaches the high notes that he tries to do though. :/

She was pretty dull and boring when she didn't have a full stage of production behind her...you know, when she sat on that staircase with nothing around her last week. The same week she got chucked into the bottom two.

Clear example of how dull and boring she is without an plethora of dancers, fireworks, backing track etc, to detract from her very average performances. As was proven last week when she had nothing to hide behind.

You can't arge with the public vote in her being placed in the bottom two last week.

Unlike Matt, who can sign as well with or without the distractions - that's when you know a person has a good voice.

Yeah well as you may notice its not all about who has the best voice anymore. Move on with your boring excuses.

I wasn't that bothered about any of them most of this season, but thought Nights in White Satin was in a completely different league last night. Well impressed.

In general, there are two shows going on, for me; there's Matt, Rebecca and Mary a good bit below them in terms of acts with any scintilla of talent.
Then there's the freak show; Wagner, Katie, Cher....... oh my giddy aunt. Wagner's streets ahead of the other two. First of all, he's a better singer and secondly he packs a much better performance punch.
Then there's One Direction.

He's got a good voice but he's showing little all else. He's quite generic and hit and miss, I like him when he pulls off the odd good performance but ussually he is quite boring.

I can understand why some might feel Matt's a bit boring as far as the lack of razzamataz goes - but I actually prefer that, means you hear the person's voice, rather than be distracted by overly loud backing tracks and show productions.

In saying that, I get the feeling he enjoyed his stint with the sexy dancers! Even as a female, I can understand that !!
