I had the afternoon off so could enjoy Helen's appearance to the full. She looked fantastic and was so at home in front of the cameras. TV really has missed out on a gem there.
They asked her to choose a video and she chose Kylie and Love at First Sight cos it reminded her of Paul aaaahhhhh  Made me laugh when she said that Paul was off playing golf and made a face - I know the feeling for some reason my OH finds it fascinating to spend a lovely afternoon hitting a ball round a green space into a little hole and swearing a lot during it. Sounds like she's a bit of a golf widow before she's even married
