I really do hope he does but tbh I can see Matt eventually moving to another recording label in the future, he will want to have his own input into his music understandably and he seems very opinionated plus won't like being told what to do which could be a negative factor for both sides. SyCo have messed up with some of the XF acts they have signed so for his sake I hope he knows what he is getting into.

Olly Murs is still signed up with SyCo but is on a joint record label with Epic, yet he doesn't mention Simon and says he is an Epic artist because they work really well with him and Simon doesn't have much input anyway..

I'de be quite happy to see what Matt can do on his own,so eventually it might be a good move to change record labels.

Yes because Alexandra Burke is with SyCo too and she will get much more attention than him from them.
